The artwork that started it all. When you have a little artistic burnout, its always the right time to let the brush choose the artwork. "Mooteef" was something I painted because I needed a new direction. It was the first time I discovered this particular layering techinque and the colour pallette was inspired by the old homes in Goulburn where I was taking some time out to create -  Little did I know it would begin the journey back in time towards my childhood on the farm and a much loved new series which will continue throughout my life. 40 x 40cm oil on canvas.
